Yapım Aşamaları
- Tangzhong için 30 gr un ve 120 ml sütü küçük bir tencerede sürekli karıştırarak koyulaşana kadar pişirin; ılınması için kenara alın.
- Kalan un, süt, şeker, tuz, maya, yumurta, tereyağı ve tangzhong karışımını yoğurup yumuşak bir hamur hazırlayın. Üzerini kapatıp yaklaşık 1 saat mayalandırın.
- Kıymayı sirke, pekmez, hardal, galeta unu, sarımsak, tuz ve karabiberle yoğurun; dört eşit köfte haline getirip buzdolabında 15 dakika dinlendirin.
- Mayalanan hamuru dört bezeye ayırın, hamburger ekmeği formu verin ve 180°C fırında üzeri kızarana kadar yaklaşık 18-20 dakika pişirin.
- Köfteleri iyi ısıtılmış tavada veya ızgarada her iki yüzü kızarıp içi pişene kadar pişirin.
- Ekmekleri ikiye kesin; alt tabana marul, köfte, domates, soğan ve turşu yerleştirin.
- İsteğe göre hardal veya ev yapımı sos ekleyip üst ekmeği kapatın. Sıcak servis edin.
