🎂 Pandispanya Tarifi (Klasik Sünger Kek – İtalyan Usulü) 🇮🇹
🥚 Yumurta ve Şeker:
Yumurta ve toz şeker derin bir kaba alınır. Mikserle yüksek devirde, açık sarı renge gelip hacmi 2–3 katına çıkana kadar çırpılır.💧 Su Eklenmesi:
Karışıma 10 ml su eklenerek kısa bir süre daha çırpılır. Bu, pandispanyanın daha yumuşak olmasını sağlar. - Kuru Malzemeler
🌾 Un ve Nişasta:
Un ve mısır nişastası birlikte elenerek hazırlanır. Yumurtalı karışıma azar azar ve spatula yardımıyla, alttan üste katlayarak eklenir. Mikser kullanılmaz.⚠️ Dikkat:
Karışımın havasını söndürmeden, homojen bir kıvam elde edilmelidir. - Kalıba Dökme
🧁 Fırın Kalıbı:
Hazırlanan pandispanya harcı, yağlı kağıt serilmiş veya hafifçe yağlanmış kek kalıbına dökülür. Kalıp 1–2 kez tezgaha hafifçe vurularak hava kabarcıkları çıkarılır. - Pişirme
🔥 Fırınlama:
Önceden ısıtılmış 170 °C fırında, yaklaşık 30–35 dakika pişirilir.
📌 Kürdan testiyle içinin pişip pişmediği kontrol edilir. Temiz çıkıyorsa pişmiştir. - Soğutma
❄️ Dinlendirme:
Fırından çıkan pandispanya, kalıpta 10 dakika bekletilir. Ardından tel ızgara üzerinde tamamen soğutulur. - Servis
🍰 Kullanım:
Soğuyan pandispanya katlara ayrılarak yaş pasta, meyveli tatlılar veya tiramisu gibi tatlılarda temel kek tabanı olarak kullanılabilir.
